Pi Kapp is going to struggle to survive in the upcoming years. Their nationals won't give them a new house that is located on greek street from what I hear and they didn't elect the president they should have. The current president won't bring the fraternity to the level they need to be. They only got one recruit during formal rush and I'm predicting a repeat every year unless they get a house on greek street (or if they had elected the correct president). This fraternity will be gone in 3 year.

Most the guys are pretty egocentric. The I give the guys high brotherhood and involvement on campus because it is true; however, once a fiji its like they've joined a club that doesn't allow them to affiliate with non- fiji members. Lost quite a few friends to them and for that reason their class and popularity were rated as low as it can go.

Sigma Phi Epsilon and the SigEp Club are accurate descriptions of this fraternity because it is too big for its own good at a school the size of Drake. These men do not even know some of their own brothers name, which is a crying shame and a terrible example of a fraternity.

Let's go to a party at the Pike house.. said no one ever. These guys seem nice, but how would I know because they never allow anyone over, never have events, and really keep to themselves. They're reputation is EX-football players, but they have some really weird pledges who do not seem like fraternity men. I don't think the house will still be here in 5 years.

I've seen a lot of change in this fraternity over the past few years. Currently, it seems like a lot of great, fun guys that all have a great time together. I like that they have a wet house and are able to throw actual parties at their house.. because some houses (sig ep) can't throw parties at their house and some I would never want to go to (Pike, TKE). Overall, these guys have a good time but also do well academically.

Absolutely NO brotherhood. I don't think they even know what that means. Their pledge process is two weeks long so you become active quickly and can't drop and join a real fraternity. They also cheat when it comes to grades, taking people off their grade report to make it higher.

Love to party but also get extremely good grades. Great alumni relations, something that fraternities now a days seem to lack. Dean of Students is current advisor, another huge plus. Completely changed their reputation from a few years ago.
