These girls are always down to party and just get wild (and wet). They are super nice to every guy and make me think I might have a chance with one of them. Hanging out with a Phi instantly boosts your popularity. I want one. Please. They don't have the best sisterhood cause I heard they hook up with each other's ex/current boyfriends. Other than that good work.

Being so new you can tell they are trying very hard to improve their image. They are still a work in progress though. They need to represent themselves better on campus and online. Constantly cursing like a sailor on campus and online won't get you more members. It's time for some of them to grow up. Although there are some girls that aren't like that and are really sweet. It's the select few that are bringing them down.

Don't be haters just because they're known as rich girls. There are some really nice girls in the house. This year's pc does not live up to rep.

Should not try to social climb so much. Sisterhood is a little lacking. Definitely mid-tier. It's apparent many of them are self rating on this site.

not an easy house to get into, very selective process, but once you're in your in for life. These girls are such good friends--best house on the street.
