can columbia students join depaul frats?

So I am currently a freshman at Columbia, but Columbia has a pretty strict no greek life policy. I am very interested in being a part of greek life and was wondering if it is possible for a Columbia student to join a frat at another school.

no. it's a school activity for students that receives money from the school board paid for by student tuition.
