winter fraternity rush

Can a sophomore that does fraternity rush in the winter get a bid? Like would I still have the same chance of getting a bid rushing in the winter as a freshman?

yea go and rush, we need more guys in fraternities! Panhel and IFC need to get as many good people as possible!
