is it true Aphi got their date party taken away cause tehy were drinking on Bid Day? And why are so many girls dropping?

Yes. PNMs on bid day felt uncomfortable on Bid Day due to Alpha Phi drinking and pregaming that day so they went to Panhel and said we want new bids this is crap so four girls that were identified by the PNMs as the ones that made them feel uncomfortable were kicked out of APhi.
