What’s up with fraternities

What’s the general feeling about the fraternities on campus. I’m currently looking to rush as a sophomore in the fall.

Here’s the rundown.
Sae- more bougie, good looking guys and pretty social. Classy guys for sure. Mainly go to clubs. Good Fraternity if you want a state school feel. Good Srat pull too. Most selective

Phi psi- party animals, good mix of guys. Pretty good looking guys and they’re rising, usually throw the most too. Kinda Selective but a bit more lenient. Pretty decent Srat pull

Sig chi- they get a lot of hate because they bid everyone but not a bad house to be honest, more worried about philanthropy than social but do have some okay social events. Good Srat pull. Weird mix of guys 50/50 cool and super weird. Pretty easy house to get a bid from.

Those are the only 3 houses worth rushing^
