I think going through the recruitment process is definitely something you should do! You’ll regret it otherwise and it’s a great way to get involved on campus. You’ll meet a lot of cool people and, I will say, not having a “state school” experience (no housing) changes some things but overall it’s really fun and you should consider it!

Aopi - THE sweetest
Aphi - parties a lot
Asa - weird and also somehow really mean
Axid - chill and quirky
Chio - superiority complex
Dg - the california sorority
Dz - really pretty and really mean
Phimu - aphi/dg wannabes

completely worth it, I love greek life here bc it’s not a state school and you get to meet soooo many people. it makes chicago feel smaller. welcome to depaul btw!

Yes greek life is totally worth it some sororities are compared to state school ones the only difference is we don't have frat/ sorority housing. Other than that everything is the exact same if not even better. The events are crazy out here even better then state schools, joining greek life is the best thing here. Instead of greek houses its greek apartments so you get the best experience than any other school.
