actually you're wrong, I've met girls in aopi axid and phi mu that are so bland and weird with little to no personality. I've found to have better conversations with a phi dg and dz. people really need to drop the idea that they only recruit based off looks just to justify not dealing with their own insecurities

Yes! You shouldn't want to be in a top chapter just because it's what everyone else is wanting BUT let's not even act like AOII and AXID are anything close to selective. Stop sugar coating everything for PNMs. If they wanted a politically correct answer they wouldn't be on GR. And YES Depaul does have tiers and they are very apparent.

They actually dropped hella girls last year but most people just cry over not getting DZ, DG, or APHI. They're physically selective but not personality wise. AOII AXID and Phi Mu take girls with solid personality. Just be yourself and trust where you end up because if you're only joining to be instagram pretty you're gonna hate any chapter you join! Every chapter is great in its own way so don't feel pressure to like "top tiers" we have 8 sororities we don't even have tiers, we don't have houses it's just dumb to think other wise
