why are dz and aphi top house??

I don't understand why these sororities got the name "top house". As far as I know they're the exact same as all the others on campus, only they wear more makeup and fake tan. What is so great about them exactly? Explain please

The tiers and designations of "top house" and "bottom house" honestly only matter on this one site. Go through recruitment and pick where YOU feel most comfortable and like you belong, not where a website says you'll be the most "popular"!
