dropped

I want to do informal with a chapter I really like that dropped me the round before pref tea, but will they not want to COB me because they dropped me? I know some people In the chapter but will that matter? How hard is it to do informal with a chapter that dropped you during formal recruitment ?

It’s not that hard, sometimes it was the way the system worked, as in the way people matched with the chapter. It’s complicated to explain but the best way of saying it is that sometimes good people slip through the cracks bc recruitment is chaotic.

knowing people doesn’t hurt but it also doesn’t guarantee anything. give it a try!
