i heard from some people that COB is in the winter and I heard from some people that it’s in the spring so does it just depend on the sorority like do different sororities do COB at different times or do they all do it the same time?

it depends on the chapter

like if they have a bunch of people graduate after winter quarter then they might need to up their membership numbers and they'll COB in the spring
