How would you categorize each sororities classic stereotype of their active/who they recruit?

aphi - lots of makeup, always the most expensive clothes/accessories, recovering from bid day fiasco/making their members drink, great philanthropy tho, probably the best at depaul

aoii - weird mix, a lot of girls who were dropped from other chapters or dirty rushed and suicide end up here, somse are huge huge partiers, others are middle of the road, not great grades or extra curricular but always participating in other peoples events and philanthropies

azd - also a weird mix, probably cause their still kinda new, better sisterhood lots of partiers but also great academics

dg - the cool girls, not a great sisterhood more so lots of cliques with great instagrams, never see them on campus with their letters, recovering from their e board issues

dz - not strong nationally but really great on depauls campus, consistently wanted during recruitment, ok sisterhood but good leadership

chi o - smartest and most involved in their own clubs, but not really present in other peoples events, good sisterhood and bonds, of all sororities the most 'diverse' in type of girl, body type, etc, sometimes the underdogs

phimu - the newest sorority, the largest on campus, some really good girls wanting to get their name on the map

both of those posts are pretty accurate but don't judge aphi and dz to be caddy just bc they're top...they also have great girls and a good time

Do you all realize that by posting comments like this that stereotype every chapter, you're actually encouraging negativity throughout the Panhellenic community? All eight of DePaul's chapters on campus are FULL of empowering, motivated women that are so much more than the descriptions you list here. Yes, every chapter has it's issues, but that comes with having 100 plus young women running their own organization. Talking to one or two women doesn't define an entire chapter, their accomplishments, or their goals. Sororities were invented to create a positive atmosphere and network of women (even if you're in different chapters!!!) who support each other. We face enough adversity as it is. Stop judging people for who you think they are and realize that there's a lot more to a person, or chapter for that matter, than what may come across on the surface.
