I think this isn't so bad. The middle tier is pretty interchangeable on certain things but it's pretty accurate.

This list is pretty accurate. Expect I would say DZ, then DG in second for top. And aphi and phi mu are honestly really neck in neck, aphi's just slightly above them but give it another year or two, phi mu will be beter than them

Chill phi mu...I mean it's amazing phi mu had a decent recruitment but in no way are they top of the middle tier. Last year everyone thought they were tied with ASA lol... So one good recruitment doesn't automatically make you better than chapters like Chi O that have been doing well for years. This list is the best one so far.
