not self ranking

why does everyone assume if you say something nice about any sorority then people assume you're self ranking. like no, I genuinely thought the girls in that sorority were cute and chill. we all have friends that aren't in the same ones as us, so why does it come as a shock to compliment a different sorority. there is not a single chapter on campus that has every single cute and nice girl in it, so don't be butt hurt when someone says good things about a sorority that isn't yours.
tbh I think the only sororities that come on here to try and claim good rankings were self rankings are the ones that care the most about looks and popularity which is stupid and shallow and I want nothing apart of
