You losers like to use the "but we're still new!" As a crutch. It'll be 10 years from now and you'll still be saying "whatever, we've been here for like 2 years". STOP. You've been here for a couple of years now and still has barely improved. Just accept it.

As I was coming in as a PNM, I totally didn't want to rush with them because they were so new and looked weird in the look book. To my surprise I actually liked them. But, I would like to extend an official warning to all new PNM's: No matter how nice they may seem, no matter how good the conversation may be, don't expect a callback if you don't fit their look criteria. Would have ranked them higher if they weren't so fake.

They were not well-liked when they first started but they have slowly improved and grown a lot. Also PNMs seemed to really like them during recruitment, keep it up ladies.

I feel like Phi Mu is making some headway. Theyre gonna do good during recruitment I think. They obviously have some girls that are eh but overall they are improving.

Honestly this chapter has improved a ton from where they started. They're looking like a solid group of girls. There are some .. Different girls in Phi Mu. Overall I think they're not bad. They're definitely not afraid to be who they are.

They are still pretty new on campus but they do support the other Greeks which is awesome! It's a good way for them to get relavence on campus and try to self promote by rolling in deep to Greek events to try to attract pnm attention. Because last year they were inviting back everyone during recruitment. Including the girls who had already cut them from their preferences were being invited back multiple times. I mean you have to keep building a chapter somehow they should do good this year!!
