Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at DePaul University - DPU 1.2 Awkward girls with inflated egos. Clearly have a lot of internal issues that make their members quit but you can tell their trying. I actually really feel bad for them.

Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at DePaul University - DPU 2.0 Slipped below AOPi this year that's for sure .... Very low retention rates and even bid rates. I feel bad for the few really cool sweet girls in this chapter because the rest of the organization just ruins it for them. Start recruiting better and making girls want to stay.

Didn't they only get like 17 girls on bid day, CR, and still only imitate like 13?? And have so many people drop they had to put a cap on it? How does not being able to keep your members translate to chapter of the year?!?! To any PNM's reading this: don't waste your time your money on this chapter!!!! You'll want to drop later anyways!

Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at DePaul University - DPU 3.6 I have to be honest - these girls hold themselves together better than women in my own chapter, so I think they're super classy. They're everywhere on campus and two of their women are heading major campus orgs (DemonTHON and Panhel) so I think we should all start giving them the credit they deserve. I mean....they're ahead of my own chapter in my opinion.
