Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at DePaul University - DPU 1.6 Cant retain members, literally crawled under a rock this past year (maybe because of their terrible recruitment), terrible sisterhood and totally unorganized. Wish I could say this chapter is improving but it just isnt happening.

Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at DePaul University - DPU 3.0 honestly, I don't know many of these girls. A lot of them seem really weird, but the ones I've met seem like nice, genuine girls! Hope their chapter does better during recruitment this year!!

Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at DePaul University - DPU 2.8 AxiD gets so much hate and i wish they didn't but some of it is deserved. their members are really candid about their problems so a lot of members of other chapters know they have a lot of internal issues. numbers don't lie and they can't get girls to say or bring them in at recruitment time (referring to 2013 fall recruitment). hopefully they shine a little more this year and don't slip below phi mu. just an observation

This recent fail at recruitment aside, these girls have been on campus for almost four years and haven't improved a thing about their chapter. Basically a chapter full of drama and unhappy sisters.
