Dont have it together at all. Horrible retention, no chapter pride and a lack of sisterhood are not things you can just overlook, sorry.

I have to be honest - these girls hold themselves together better than women in my own chapter, so I think they're super classy. They're everywhere on campus and two of their women are heading major campus orgs (DemonTHON and Panhel) so I think we should all start giving them the credit they deserve. I mean....they're ahead of my own chapter in my opinion.

Definitely took a blow after only bringing home less than 17 girls in the fall when quota was 35. Girls were dropping in groups so much that it became a serious problem for them this year. That being said, their president seems determined to turn the chapter around and who knows what's possible with an AXiD as panhel president. Hopefully they recruit with more dignity this year.
