Truth is while chi o is still a decent chapter, they are slipping. Nobody can deny that. If I was a PMM I wouldn't want to join and chapter slowly falling to the bottom. Just my opinion

there is a group of Chi Os that keep their reputation afloat because they are pretty and social but that group doesn't represent the majority. truth is a lot of them are just weirdos
