These girls are bottom of the totem pole. It is what is. Always hear them complaining about how hard COB is and it honestly just makes me think less of them. In order to be the "middle tier" or "top tier" chapter they desperately pretend and wish they were, they need to put in the work and stop complaining.

The only aphi's I've met have been stuck up, rude, and unintelligent (from group work in classes, etc). Sure, I haven't met that many, but the impression they've left me with is pretty bad.
