I went through recruitment last year and the girl I talked to looked right through me. She wasn't at all even trying to be genuinely interested in anything I was even saying. She looked me up and down while I was talking blatantly checking out what I was wearing and she even asked me if my Tory flats were real! I've never felt so under the microscope and judged before like if you're going to judge me so hard on my looks and what I'm wearing like at least not make it obvious.

So this is my second year rushing.... I went through the process last year and stopped halfway through the week and with the first day on Monday, it confirmed my negative thoughts on them last year. Both years I have been in recruitment, the APhi girls talk to me about going out and getting drunk. I know thats fun and all but I was told we aren't even suppposed to talk about that? Also, I heard they actually don't even like each other and some have ongoing feuds. Def the fakest but they all are.

The greatest fraternity you could join at DePaul. Nationally its an incredible organization and honestly the chapter here is the greatest. This is coming for a girl in greek life here- they are fun, genuinley caring not only about their social life or girls but about eachother, and not to mention great friends. Is it weird that I wish I could rush sigma chi....
