The process needs retention

All sororities did great. I hope everyone is happy with their home. I know you will be.

But we can all do better. I was sad when I heard PNMs dropped from 240 to 136 between sisterhood and philanthropy rounds.
Great future sisters that we may never see again walked away from the process.

We all are stronger together. Let’s talk about this. Change can happen.
