frat houses at du
by: sosaIm in comming freshman and as I am doing some research I noticed some frats dont have a house. DO they have a off campus house? or whats the deal didn't even know you could be a frat and not have a house

Beta, ZBT and Lambda have chapter houses to live in sophomore+ year. Lambda is on Evans, Beta is like 2 blocks past the engineering building on York (brand new, super nice building) and ZBT is kinda behind the ritchie center.
All of the other fraternities have small houses off campus where there are parties and stuff (except Theta chi and delta chi because they are pretty much brand new).
