Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of getting a bid as a junior transfer student. There's a chance I might have sophomore credits and be on campus for another year. Letter of Rec? Things to highlight on a resumé? Mention I am willing to live-in? Or is it a lost cause lol

def not a lost cause. mention living in and your desire to get involved in the sorority, like holding a leadership position.
