Also another thing... Don't judge a book by its cover. Don't forget that. even though one sorority might seem this or that, it might not be! One sorority may be good Recruiters, but their retention rate might not be good. Or another sorority might be poor recruiters, but have a great retenion rate. Also just because a sorority has a rep means that they're all like that because they're not. These are simple life lessons that need to be reiterated during recruitment because girls get too hyped up about it. Go onto recruitment/rush with an open mind. I cannot stress more about joining a sorority where you (not some website) think YOU fit the best.

Yeah at DU a small school in Colorado, no one cares about rankings. Guys don't care about "ranks" they like girls from all sororities and even girls who are not because at DU, Greek life isn't a big deal. If a guy does care about "ranks" he is just as shallow as the girls who think ranks exist as DU to make themselves feel better. Ranking at DU is bs. It doesn't matter here unless you're a stuck up jerk.

Seriously, the only reason a ranking would matter is for insecure girls who only identify themselves as part of a group. Find the house that fits YOU best. Not that you think you want to be in because they're pretty, or because they party with the best fraternities. Don't change to fit a house. It's DU: even the GDI population is pretty cool, if you find the right people. Enjoy a house for your sisters, not what everyone thinks. Whether that's G Phi or DZ, or any other ridiculous "ranking" scale that has come up.

TOP: GPhi, APhi
MIDDLE: DG, DZ
BOTTOM: Chi O, TriDelt

GPhi is slipping but still top house. APhi is rising, just started on campus in '10 and are seriously competitive with GPhi.

DG slipped from top to middle when a lot of their sisters dropped in Fall of '12, but is stable. DZ is rising now that TriDelt fell and they've recruited well in the last couple years.

Chi O is new so they're bottom because they have to give lots of bids, realistically they could go up or down depending on what their housing situation ends up being. TriDelt has fallen all the way to the bottom because a bunch of their sisters quit and they have to give bids to anyone with a heartbeat to meet quota.
