Honestly it changes with each grade and each person you know. All of them have certain people you'll love and others you may not like at all. specially if you're rushing, pick a house for the girls as a whole not just a couple because a few people does not represent all of them!

What is here already is pretty accurate but things to know,
DG had a super strong rush this year, even people in the other sororities know it! Even not in a sorority hear it. Also APhi is seeming pretty determined about their new house so thats awesome- a pull for some people! Overall i think the upper sororities (and probably only sig chi for frats) are doing better because they have so many different types of people, not all the same cliquey group of clones. Its a good thing, believe me

As of this year Gphi and DG are tied for top house. DG has some super hot girls and some pretty unattractive ones. They like to party a lot and they have a lot of fun. Gphi is is the most popular with frats on campus. They aren't the hottest house at DU but overall are a solidly attractive group of women who you wouldn't be ashamed to take home to your mother. Aphi was pretty irrelevant this past year but with their new house they are probably going to give DG and Gphi a run for their money- in a few years they will probably be top house. DZ is and probably will always be middle tier, they are definitely better than chi-o and tri delta but their girls try too hard to be hot and most of them are very average. Chi-o and Tri-delta have a few girls each who should've been in better houses but mostly these sororities are for the weird girls who can be nice but awkward and not fun.
