These girls were amazing! So funny, friendly, and sweet. They were all amazing conversationalists, I felt like I had known the girls for years even if I only talked to them for ten minutes. They are super involved on campus, as well as very invested in their philanthropy. They are intelligent and social, and very welcoming.

The tri delta girls are very sweet, but seem to be very socially awkward, and difficult to hold conversation with. They are SO amazingly passionate about their philanthropy, which is great. They seem to be, for lack of better wording, the least sorority-like sorority on campus. I almost got the feeling that they didn’t care about sororities? I don’t know. They were, however, amazingly sweet girls despite the slight awkwardness, and I do think many girls loved their vibe.

Alpha phi has the nicest girls on campus. Through recruitment they have made everyone feel cared for and were the only sorority that wanted to get to know the girls rushing. I love all of the aphi girls and have never met nicer people

When I initially came to DU I felt very overwhelmed and unprepared for the social / party scene. I didn't go to a lot of parties during my last couple years in high school so I was very unsure about possibly joining a sorority this year. My friends have been talking about the stereotypes of the different sororities on campus so I was pretty certain I was going to stay as far away from Alpha Phi as possible. However, I have meet multiple different girls in Alpha Phi now and they have not only made me feel so welcome, they have made me want to rush. I am more excited than ever now to go out and hang out with these girls. I hope people actually will make an effort to talk with them, because once you get to know them, they truly make you feel wanted.

I would say they’re a mid tier sorority? Super sweet and fun, but they tend to be overlooked at first for some reason. They’re definitely a lot of fun! I would say they don’t fit one distinct stereotype, there are two main types of people you think of when someone says chi o. They are for sure an up and coming sorority on campus though. I think that because they’re newer they haven’t developed the same reputation at DU as the other sororities. They’re involved on campus, they seem to be passionate about their philanthropy, maybe slightly less so than other chapters, and they are very welcoming. Definitely worth strong consideration, they’re not a bottom tier at all!
