Honestly they are great guys and super responsible. They know how to have fun but I always feel safe at any party they have, and any Beta guy I know would drop everything in an instant to help someone if needed. they always have sober people on duty. Plus they have the best formal at DU

Very low tier, they had troubles filling their pledge class and didn’t meet quota. Girls dropped and COBed if they got offers from this house.
