As individuals, each member of this fraternity is generally respectable. However, they have a long way to go as a whole. Theta Chi is the only Greek organization on campus without any sort of housing, and because of that and the awkwardness of some of their members, they are very distant from the Greek social scene. GDIs shower praise upon them - and that's because they haven't really made the jump from GDIs to Greeks in most ways. There's certainly promise here, and I don't mean any of this maliciously, but it'll take some work and a house for Theta Chi to be considered "legitimate" in the eyes of the wider Greek community.

Huge and good group of guys. Nothing special about them, but nothing bad. Very much a typical DU fraternity in about every way.

Kappa Sig screwed the pooch with what they did at Big Man. They're like a wannabe SAE at this point, and I don't see that working out for them. "If I could rearrange the alphabet..."

ZBT is a decent "fraternity" that had a solid rush this year. Overall these are average guys who seem to cooperate pretty well; they cleaned up at Greek awards and seem to be good guys, but the question of their brotherhood's strength always comes up. When you give out 40+ bids AND immediately initiate those guys who accept, you either get lucky or fail miserably, and I don't know how a group that recruits that way can sustain itself.

Sig Chi fizzled a little this year. A weak freshman class and a more party-based reputation caused them to lose some classiness points. Maybe it was just a bad year, but the future of Sig Chi at DU is uncertain. They almost lost their house this year, so who knows?

actually a pretty good house. they tend to lay low and keep to themselves. but great girls. they are super nice and most of them are pretty hot. of course there are some misfits (like there is in every house) but overall one of the better, more likable sororities.
