There's a huge disconnect between youngest and older classes. I wanted a pledgeship and was really disappointed. The initiation process was totally a joke and deserves ridicule. It's gonna change. Regardless of how well ZBT does during rush, if they are going to be a top chapter at DU there has to be some serious adjustments made. Brothers are close, but need to show the greek comm. and themselves that they can and will earn the status. It's come a long way from 05, but a lot of work to be done

For the intensity of their pledging process, absolutely no brotherhood. Can frequently be seen fighting each other at Border, for everything from girls to an accidental bump. Really pretty sad... almost catty

They really underestimate how far off they are from being a rounded, popular chapter. As for respecting their girls... 1. What parties? and 2. 2011-12 was not a good year to demonstrate betas treating their girls well overall.
