Honest ratings. I like Betas. They're motivated, intelligent and ambitious. But the chapter hasn't really decided on what direction they want to move as a fraternity. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Try and work on making yourselves better rounded. Top tier houses have a significant social presence, and that is something sorely missing from your chapter.

Honest ratings. Congrats ZBT, you had a good rush last year. If we're being honest, you throw some good parties and sororities always have fun at your mixers. Obviously, you're very involved on campus. But have you ever seen the TFM article on the different kinds of Top houses? ZBT is a dead ringer for the overachievers. You need to legitimize your initiation process, make your chapters less casual, and overall take your status as a rising fraternity seriously. Toughen up your pledgeship.

people love to hate on tridelt because they are for some reason threatened by them. truth is they are a solid mid tier sorority with average to cute girls (with a handful of weirdos thrown in, but what sorority doesn't have that). they don't get wrapped in in frat or other sorority drama which makes them seem kind of snobby (which they kind of are) which is why they (and dg) get hated on so much on this site.

Fraternities hate them because they are the new guys on campus and the non greeks hate them because they are fratty. I have met several Betas and they are a fantastic fraternity. They are trying to figure out their identity as a whole, but that will come with time. Great future ahead of them

Do not have a pledge ship and nobody respects them. Lame parties and no brotherhood. They are involved but that is the only thing that is positive about them

Honest Ratings. ΣΧ has been a strong house at DU for years. But you're only as good as your last pledge class, and this past fall was not the best year for them-- that said, a weak rush year for Sigma Chi is still better than a decent rush for many fraternities. They're not down for the count yet, but they need to work for their self perceived status. A real top house doesn't have to treat people poorly and act like they're better than everyone else. They just know, and everyone else does too.
