This chapter is really involved on campus and it seems like they have a great time. The girls are nice and supportive of each other.

All my friends and I always feel safe at their parties. Went to their formal in aspen and it was absolutely wild. Also their darties are amazing!!

Beta is the best at DU. Great parties and connections in college and after. Friendly, smart and Leaders at DU. Successful after it too. Plus their house is cool! Turfed courtyard + more. Near campus but not too close.

definitely a top house, nice and outdoorsy girls that know how to have a good time, this pledge class was pretty good but a few oddballs that weren’t involved, Dz and gphi are top

Definitely a top house, non problematic and nice girls, they had a good rush and this year will most likely be better, them and gphi are the best on campus FR

This chapter is very bottom tier, they had a very bad recruitment last year and had only around 5 new members who were not thrilled to be a tri delt and were dropped from every other house, their house itself is really dark and not somewhere people wanted to live, they tried really hard to be involved this year but couldn’t make up for their lack of members. also there was major drama between the active members and a few were wrongfully kicked out. overall i would stay away.

The best srat on campus these girls are fun to party with but always are out and about on campus. Sisterhood is strong

the amount of self-ranks and thumbs down on the negative reviews can only be from tri delt’s active members. they had the most depressing bid day of all time in 2021. none of the girls ‘running home’ looked excited to go to the weird girls in the orange and blue t shirts compared to all the other sororities that looked… actually cute in their letters. there are so many problems within the chapter and outside of it since they practically refuse to socialize with other greek life orgs. if you’re not a tri delta, good luck befriending one. they’d rather stay in their dwindling circle that upperclassmen refer to as “not the pledge class we wanted, but the pledge class we got.” for a sorority that must care a lot about numbers to take girls they don’t even like, it must be dire times when they’re the smallest greek org on campus.

If we're talking about the 2021/22 school year, Pi Kap was definitely among the top. it's always a tough to say whether them or Lambda are top house, but they were super fun this year. Their dartys are consistently the best to go to for the most part and their formal seemed pretty fun as well. I would not say these boys are the smartest but they do know how to have fun and party
