I like these guys and they've always been welcoming to me, but they have a bad rep on campus. Seem to think they're the top house, but no one outside the fraternity would agree with that.

Good guys who have gotten a bad rep lately. Are they on the decline? Only time will tell. Can be douchey but they're generally nice guys.

Was top house several years ago but is really struggling as of late. They're on the decline and seem pretty desperate for freshman, but they do throw good parties.

Definitely were lower tier when I was a freshman, but have gotten a lot better recently. They had a great pledge class last spring.

Great group of respectable guys. Well represented throughout Davidsons campus organizations. Throw the biggest party of the year in the spring with FIJI Islander. Up and coming on Patterson Court.

Have really hit a rough patch lately, lots of division among the brotherhood and have really fallen into the bottom tier. Sad to see, because they used to be a lot better.
