From the stories past seniors have of the KA of old, they used to be known as top house. Last year they seemed really divided, not to mention their bid debacle where only 4 guys accepted and they gave out two last minute bids to try and boost their numbers. They now only have 5 rising sophomores and seem pretty irrelevant, which much suck because they have a really tough pledging period

FIJI is made up of a bunch of great guys, but they are probably the softest on campus. Their pledging is a huge joke and they only hang out at one senior apartment

SPE really is one of the most diverse frats on campus with their swimmers, young life guys, stoners, and just normal dudes but despite this, they are always hanging out and putting on a good time. Basically is not as soft as FIJI and sort of like Ksig. Great group of guys, great parties, really strong incoming sophomore and junior class.

Believe it or not, one must actually be a part of this fraternity to understand in depth and detail the incredible brotherhood that exists in Phi Delt @ Davidson. No doubt top house on campus.

These guys pulled the best pledge class last year by far. Juniors came back from abroad and stole all of KA's and KSig's freshmen. They're gonna be really fun next fall.
