Title says it. I can't decide which one, I'd like to see some of insight from all of you on the fraternities I've listed.

Idk about lambda, they have alot of work to do from previous semesters, TOP is not a fraternity, you dont get anything out of it, no leadership, no true brotherhood bond, just sports.
Sigma chi seems happy to continue their plummet from top house.
SAE seem way into themselves since they have become "top" house
SigEP, were up and coming, but still take 1 to many goobers
