Let's get real, Pike is gone from campus so who's taking the current pike's place?
Looking at the year's status, Kappa Sig is the only house that resembles closet to pike.

This person made this post as if another frat can just take over another frats name. That's not how it works. Once you get initiated into a frat it's really unlikely you can just join another one. What's the point? So to answer your question the next pike literally is the new guys who have been running it this semester. Are you stupid and realize you don't have to be on campus to operate? Being off campus gives you so much more freedom. And freedom is what 'Mericas all about? Right? Except most of they guys on campus would rather listen to a guy that wears a sweater vest opposed to running their house exactly how they want!
