where they at?

From the top houses, I barely see SAE throw something. They have a lot of cool guys (some cute ones) that I want to get to know them better, but I don't see them host anything other than some kickbacks (rarely).

Sigep, Sig Chi, TOP throw things often, but I want to see some more variety.

You're not missing much. CSUNs entire Greek system sucks compared to most schools. Want more variety? Go to a school that has an ACTUAL Greek system. Our top houses here would be middle at best anywhere else.

What is it about sae? My house had an event with them and they were so into themselves I wanted to leave after five minutes. They're not that fun to hang out with and they're really annoying. They tried waaaaaaay too hard to come off as frat and reminded me of those socially awkward guys in high school who were really weird. Is this what a top house at our school is? I'm a first year but if this is what our school calls top tier then I'm worried.
