Phi Kappa Psi is definitely a bottom tier fraternity. The guy's don't look decent, have undesirable personalities, and there no different from ZBT that's for sure. New fraternities and sororities usually take in people of any kind, so Phi Kappa Psi has very low to NO standards on who they give bids to. Phi Kappa Psi is definitely the Phi Mu for a fraternity...NOT popular and can be very overlooked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRATERNITY!!!!!!!!!!!
