It's Tridelt and DZ together just cuz I know DZ puts in effort though they don't really have quality. Altogether this ranking seems about right.

dZ wishes they were at tridelt level. Tridelt is even with AXid at top mid tier. They are much more respected and liked.

Does Phi Delt even have any white people in their frat? Because I've never seen any white member from their house. Maybe that's why they are at the bottom.
