Ranking for IFC houses! I won't do PHC because I might be bias towards my house. I'm going by everything both superficial and non-superficial things.

Top Tier( In no order)
SigEp
SAE

Middle Tier(In no order)
Sigma Chi
Kappa Sigma
AEPI
Sigma NU

Bottom Tier(no particular order)
ZBT
Lamda Chi
Phi Delt
Everyone else

Pretty much about right. But sigma chi is definitely top tier. And I'm sure I'll get a bunch of comments about whatever. Whether you like some of these guys or not, anyone can tell you they are for sure a top house.

3/50 events isnt great. But id say theyre top cause of derby daze.

Sigma chi is top but slipping hard but other than that this is the most accurate ranking here

AEPi is a top house there is no way they are middle, they have the most richest guy comparing to other houses.
