Which houses offer instant initiation ,,?

None of them do. Even for Sigep and SAE you must wait a period of time before knowing all the secrets etc

You are instantly intiaiated with SAE i read on their nationals page that they must be initiated in like 3 days or so

There is a 4 week process with SAE as opposed to other fraternities usual 8 weeks.

After 4 weeks, you have a 72 hour window before you become fully initiated brothers. The current new recruits will not be members for a while still
