sigma chi recruitment

I really wanna rush Sigma Chi this semester but im pretty sure I wont get a bid from them because im black. Theres like one dude in their frat that's black. I know they're expensive and im willing to pay the money and go through the whole process but I feel like ill be turned away because of my race.

On another note, what is their pledge process like? I know Sigep and SAE, you get a bid and you're in but if you get a bid from Sigma Chi does that mean you are not guaranteed enrollment?
