All houses have a GPA minimum. BUT don't let that deter you from rushing. Many houses (if not all) make exceptions and most houses (definitely kappa) have great academic resources that will help with school. It can't hurt to go through recruitment or ask questions at tabling events.

I'm from another school but I came into rush with a 2.3 and was honest with the house that I wanted about it and they made an exception and let me in! I almost didn't rush because of my grades but now I'm in the house I wanted and my grades have dramatically increased! So don't let that stop you...you never know what can happen!

I have a learning disability and I will probably never get great grades (that is just a reality). If you let the houses know, they will make an exception. If you are a quality person, grades shouldn't keep you out.
