^ Well not necessarily. When you take everyone problems arise. Brotherhood is weak due to no pledge program, this is the exact reason why TOP was formed, they formed from sigep, because when you take everyone rather than just people you want/need, there will be a lot of baggage.

top isnt even a frat and it was formed from sigeps who couldnt hang and got kicked out. u obvoiusly know nothing of their brotherhood.
