Is Pi kappa phi or lambda chi alpha a top house?

I'd say Pikaps are a top house and lambda chi is mid to bottom. I like pikaps parties the most out of other houses but they are douchey, lambda chi guys are really nice

Pi Kapps are mid tier house. Nothing more. Nothing less. Lamda chi is DEF. a bottom house.

here we go again, whoever is reading this, this is a prime example of ZBT self ranking themselves. They are known as the worst house on campus, also, the day lamba chi ZBT and sigma nu is on top of SAE and PIKE is the day Phi mu is on top of alpha phi or kkg. STOP SELF RANKING.
