are sorority girls typically straight out of hs?

I just transferred in as a 24 year old, am I too old to rush a sorority? like are they usually just straight out of high school?

Yes, most girls that rush are out of HS, but there are a lot of transfers that rush. As well as juniors and seniors who decide they want to later in college! Go through the process, most houses have older girls! you are not alone
