nonbiased ifc ranking fall 2018

ZBT - top tier. The actual frat at CSUN. They have been stepping up their game.
SAE - on top because of reputation but recruited a great pledge class
Sigma chi -couldnt recruit but in the top because of reputation.
Phi Delt - recruited a quality pledge class
Sig ep -rape accusations and couldnt recruit. friendzone type of guys.
Kappa sig - recruited more than the frats below
AEPi - have more money than the frats below
Lamda Chi - they've plateaued
Sigma Nu - they've plateaued
Phi psi - I heard they only had 5 people accept their bids and most of them look like goons
by next semester I can see the top rankings be
1.ZBT
2.SAE
3. Phi Delt & Sigma Chi
4. Sig Ep

What makes a “Top House”? Answer that question. 1) Large house totals 2) Great Parties 3) Winning at IM’s 4) Philanthropy participation 5) grades 6) Top sororities hang out with them
Some of you frats that used to be on top have to take a look at your current pledge class.

I agree. Quantity does NOT equal quality, but the bottom houses recruited around 5-10 people. That's really bad for fall. The two top houses, Sigma Chi and Sig Ep, weren't recruiting, so it just means these houses need to look at themselves and discuss what went wrong.
