I dropped my sorority last semester I wasn’t feeling welcomed, I was wondering if would be able to rush a different sorority? Just seeing all these new members makes me miss the sorority life not the house I was affiliated with.

if you got initiated, nope. You can always go to a "sorority" like the multicultural ones. They are not part of Pan so they do whatever they want.
