frats to look at for upcoming fall rush.

Just looking here bc i have no idea coming in. From what I see most (all) top houses are either on probation or just got off probation and messed up their reputation..
What frats should I look for that are not on probation and not full of douchebags or goobs THIS fall?

Look at both and make your decision. Personally, I love the zbt guys. I have fun at their parties and don’t feel uncomfortable like I do at some of the other frat parties. But check out both and see where you will fit in.
