Top Tier (not in order)
Sigma Chi- good looking guys, close with pretty much all sororities (or the only ones that matter)
Sig Ep- try-hards, close to sororities, win every sorority philanthropy,
SAE- rich kid frat, lots of goobers in the newer classes, still a top tier house just because they’re SAE
ZBT- some cool guys, some weirdos, close to some sororities, didn’t go to AOPi’s event HAHAHA
Middle Tier:
Phi Delt- House is improving, yet not near where it needs to be. Close to top tier though
Kappa Sigma- 4-5 good dudes, 70-80 weirdos, still pretty much irrelevant
Bottom Tier:
AEPi- Not relevant at all
Lambda Chi- NO
Sigma Nu- NO
Phi Psi: NO PLEASE NO

Sigma chi is top tier because they’re sigma chi.. and same thing with sae .. sigma chi really doesn’t do anything. Sae is a bit more out there but not enough. Sig ep is the try hard frat that drops so much money to be relevant. ZBT is on probabtion so they’re going to drop to mid tier soon if they don’t figure that out
